About Us
The Public Schools Personnel Cooperative recruits candidates for administrator, certificated and classified positions for our member districts. These districts are located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, in the South Puget Sound, and centrally between Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.
We were established in 1978 and currently serve approximately 29,881 students. We recruit qualified candidates for administrator, certificated and classified positions in the member districts and provide members with a pool of candidates for each job opening.

How it Works
- Districts post open positions with the Public Schools Personnel Cooperative.
- Once an applicant completes an application for the position, their information is available to be reviewed online by the hiring district.
- District administrators review the applications from the pool of applicants and select candidates to interview.
- It is the district's responsibility to arrange interviews and to complete the hiring process.
