2024 Regional High School Art Show Now Open

Members of the public are invited to view the student artwork lining the hallways

Capital Region Educational Service District (ESD) 113 is proud to announce the opening of this year’s Regional High School Art Show, showcasing the creative talents of students from Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Thurston, and Pacific counties. The exhibition is hosted at ESD 113’s main building at 6005 Tyee Dr SW, Tumwater. It will be available for public viewing from 8 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays through March 28.

Since 1973, high school students across Washington have participated in regional art shows sponsored by the nine Educational Service Districts. This program allows students to present their artwork for public viewing and recognition.

The show offers an opportunity for some participants to receive college scholarships. Additionally, finalists from the ESD Art Shows may submit their work to the Superintendent’s High School Art Show, where student art is reviewed at the state level, and 26 pieces are chosen for statewide recognition.
