Capital Region Information Service Center (CRISC)

    CRISC is one of seven regional service centers in the state of Washington and currently serves 49 school districts as well as ESD 113. Service Center staff trains, advises, and supports local school district personnel in the use of Skyward's web-based Fiscal/HR and Student Information Systems, as well as WESPaC (Washington Enhanced Skyward Point and Click).  
     
    The Fiscal Analysts provide training and support to local school district personnel in the use of the Fiscal/HR Management System. The Skyward system is also known as WESPaC.

     
    The Student Analysts provide software services for student scheduling, grading, attendance, special education, fee management, health records and statewide reporting.

     
    Printing Services staff assists with transferring files to state agencies and banking institutions from local school districts, as well as supporting district printing needs (e.g., reports, physical warrants, report cards, etc.). Printing Services staff also provides assistance with the setup of new Citrix user ids and password resets.
     
    Business Hours 
    Standard business hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
