Occasionally a participant requests to withdraw from a class. In those instances, the ESD 113 guidelines for refunds are as follows:
- A full refund will be granted if ESD 113 cancels the course/workshop.
- A full refund will be granted upon participant withdrawal up to five business days prior to the start of the event.
- Within five business days prior to the start of the event, the participant will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $15 service charge.
- No refund will be granted for withdrawals the day of or after the first session of the event.
