ESD 113 builds workplaces where every employee belongs and contributes their unique strengths.
The Cultural Innovation & Strategic Initiatives team gathers data to understand what works and what needs improvement. Through surveys, interviews, and analysis, we learn directly from employees about their workplace experiences. This information helps us identify barriers and opportunities for positive change. We then guide leaders through comprehensive planning that places fairness and inclusion at the center of all decisions.
Working with the HR and Communications teams, we actively recruit and retain excellent staff who reflect our communities. We develop strategies that attract talented professionals from all backgrounds and create conditions that encourage them to stay and grow with us. Our recruitment efforts reach into communities we serve to find candidates who bring authentic connections and cultural understanding.
We measure success through employee satisfaction, retention rates, and advancement opportunities. When staff feel welcomed and valued, they provide better service to students and families. This creates positive cycles that benefit everyone in our educational community.
