School Districts

From the Cascade Mountains to the Pacific Coast, ESD 113 connects Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston counties across a geographic area spanning more than 8,000 square miles. We serve 44 school districts, one Tribal Compact School, and more than 20 private schools throughout this region.

ESD 113 helps districts provide high-quality, cost-effective services and educational opportunities for all students. We support schools by sharing resources, coordinating professional development, and creating learning networks that strengthen teaching practices. 

By working together across district boundaries, we help schools access specialized expertise they might not afford individually. This collaboration allows smaller districts to offer programs and services typically available only in larger systems. We also facilitate partnerships between districts, enabling them to share costs and expand opportunities for students across our five-county region.

Our work centers on building capacity within local communities while connecting educators and administrators to proven practices and innovative solutions that improve student outcomes.
