Supporting and Sustaining New Educators

The first year of teaching can often be characterized by a cycle of adaptation, reflection, and growth. Initially, a new educator is filled with excitement and anticipation as they enter the profession, but they quickly encounter the reality of the dynamic classroom environment, facing challenges and unexpected situations. New educators rely on their support network to help manage these situations and challenges. This includes YOU! Make sure you are equipped with the tools and knowledge to support them. In this event, you can:

  • Explore innovative strategies
  • Share best practices and gain practical tools
  • Ignite your passion for supporting new educators
  • Connect with education enthusiasts

Join us to spark transformative ideas that will empower and uplift our educational community!
