Description
This training will:
- Explore current practices in the implementation of online parent coaching for challenging behaviors at home.
- Equip participants with behavioral strategies targeted at increasing the quality of life for families with children with challenging behavior at home.
- Focus on decreasing engagement in challenging behavior through the implementation of preventative, antecedent strategies, and appropriate replacement behaviors.
- Discuss factors affecting the consistent implementation of strategies at home, ensuring the strong contextual fit of intervention.
Training will take place in two 2-hour sessions. Clock hours are available. Attendance at both sessions is required for full clock hours.
