What does it mean to teach advanced learners well?
We know students need opportunity to develop their creative abilities, academic abilities, and complementary skills in collaboration and leadership to develop their full potential. Using curriculum improvements and innovations, we can optimize strategies and include practices to ensure that all learners access and participate in meaningful, challenging learning opportunities.

Presenter

Whitworth University professors Dr. Jann Leppien and Dr. Rebecca O’Brien will join us for this series.

Dr. Leppien will help us answer our guiding question with a focus on advanced learners at the secondary level on April 21. Dr. O’Brien will take a closer look at teaching advanced learners well in early childhood and elementary education.
