Description

In this FREE Canvas Course, participants will learn strategies for the practical application of the seven Crosscutting Concepts to improve student sense-making with scientific concepts. In the context of this course, the strategies will be applied to a climate science topic. The design for this course was based on feedback from Washington State’s nine Regional Science Coordinators and Science Fellows. It is delivered to grade-banded cohorts working together with the guidance of Emeritus Science Fellows.

Participants are asked to address each module sequentially. The DEADLINE for completing all modules is May 31, 2022, at 5:00 pm. 7 STEM Clock hours are contingent upon the FULL completion of all course modules.
