We partner with school districts across our region to create inclusive schools and workplaces where all students and staff succeed.

Our services include strategic planning sessions that put equity at the center of district goals. In collaboration with the Communications team, we help districts create multi-year plans, set measurable targets, and track progress toward inclusive outcomes.

We facilitate community listening sessions and help districts use feedback to improve their practices. Our team guides districts in making changes that remove barriers and create better outcomes for all learners.

We provide workshops and consulting on equity topics. Districts call us when they need help addressing challenges, strengthening cultural knowledge, or building more welcoming environments.

Through College Spark’s LEADER initiative, we help districts recruit, support, and mentor teachers and administrators of color.
