Mental & Behavioral Health - True North
ESD 113's True North Student Assistance and Treatment Services program, certified by the Washington State Department of Health, provides both outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment.
True North significantly impacts communities by helping students, families, and schools with crucial decisions related to violence, substance abuse, and mental health. We work closely with school districts to create safe, drug-free learning environments. Our efforts extend to increasing awareness and knowledge of mental well-being to build robust support systems.
Additionally, we emphasize the harmful effects of substance abuse to students, families, schools, businesses, and the wider community.
Our services cover prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support. We help students and families make healthy choices and provide formal responses to behavioral health disorders to facilitate better decision-making. Our treatment plans are structured and individualized to address addiction, and we offer ongoing assistance and case management for youth in recovery.
By connecting risky behaviors to negative outcomes, True North helps students recognize harmful behaviors, explore various options, and achieve success in their life decisions.
