Training & Growth

ESD 113 supports educators across our region through comprehensive professional development opportunities and collaborative networks.

We bring educators together to share best practices, engage in professional learning communities, and build instructional capacity through ongoing training and support. These efforts strengthen teaching practice and educational leadership. Our programs connect teachers and administrators with new research, innovative teaching methods, and evidence-based strategies while creating opportunities for peer collaboration and mentorship. As an approved clock hour provider, we ensure educators receive professional credit for their continued learning while building networks that span disciplines and districts.

Through collaborative approaches, we help educators develop leadership skills, implement state learning standards effectively, and create more equitable learning environments that support all students across our five-county region.
