Affinity Groups

ESD 113 hosts professional learning networks because relationships create change in education. These groups connect educators across our five counties to share knowledge, solve common challenges, and grow together. The networks support new teachers, advance specialized skills, and build leadership capacity among principals and superintendents. Each network creates space for learning from lived experiences, giving members practical strategies and ongoing support. This collaborative approach builds the collective power needed to ensure all students succeed.
