Behavioral Education - Pathfinder Services

ESD 113 serves students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges through Expedition Behavioral Education. We honor each student's lived experiences and create learning environments built on trust, care, and belonging. Our trauma-informed approach helps students develop the skills they need to succeed in their home schools and communities.

Pathfinder Services provides coaching, training, and consultation to district educators who support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Through wraparound services with the Moving All to Success and Health (MASH) team, BCBA staffing, and customized training and mentoring, we equip educators with tools to help students succeed in their least restrictive environments.

• We train educators to create personalized support that meets each student's strengths, needs, and goals. Our work uses inclusive, student-centered practices that prioritize long-term success and well-being in their neighborhood schools.
• We use research-based strategies in behavior, academics, and social-emotional learning to support growth and independence. Through strong collaboration with families, educators, and community partners, we co-create coordinated pathways to success.
• We make sure educators and their students have access to the tools, relationships, and resources they need to thrive. Through shared accountability and open communication, we build the collective capacity of school teams to meet the needs of all learners.

Olympic Academy and Summit Academy provide direct student support through individualized education, behavior, and transition plans. Students learn social, emotional, and academic skills through evidence-based practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our skilled staff work closely with families and school teams to ensure students thrive.
