Data Systems Analysts - CRISC

Our Information Service Center analysts help schools succeed with technology systems. We have two specialized teams that provide consulting, training, and ongoing support. Both analyst teams offer hands-on training sessions, real-time troubleshooting, and continuous support to help school staff use these systems effectively and efficiently.

Student System Analysts

Student System Analysts work directly with schools using the Skyward Student Management System. These analysts train staff and troubleshoot issues with student scheduling, grading, and attendance tracking. They also support schools with special education management, health records, food service operations, fee management, and discipline reporting. Student system analysts ensure schools meet all statewide reporting requirements for student data.

Fiscal System Analysts

Fiscal System Analysts support schools using the Skyward School Business Suite for financial operations. These analysts help schools manage their general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and purchasing systems. They provide training on warehouse operations, payroll processing, and personnel record management. Fiscal system analysts also guide schools through statewide fiscal reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
